We are a boutique law firm that provides extraordinary service and high-quality advice to clients in a commercially practical, timely and efficient manner. We’ve been doing so since 2000.

We work with in-house legal teams, venture capital, strategic and angel investors, family offices and start-ups. A number of the in-house legal teams we support are at Fortune 500 companies and venture capital funds. We also represent founders and other executives from time to time.
