Elisa

Elisa’s practice encompasses a wide range of corporate matters, including formations, corporate governance, financings, regulatory compliance, reorganizations, strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial matters. She has worked with entrepreneurs, startups, emerging growth companies, investors, and investment funds in a wide range of industries, including technology, software, digital media, fintech, SaaS, and cryptocurrency, among others.

Prior to joining Thompson Legal Advisory Services, Elisa worked at various boutique corporate law firms in California and nationwide as well as MWE China Law Offices, the Shanghai Office of McDermott Will & Emery.

Elisa earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley (cum laude) and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California, Davis School of Law. In law school, she served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor on the UC Davis Law Review and was a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. Elisa is qualified to practice law in California.

In her spare time Elisa enjoys board games, playing piano and violin, hiking, and traveling and has a goal to visit all 63 US national parks by the time she is 63 years old.
